Myself and my girlfriend rented from him for a year and he refused to give back any of our deposit!!!!!!!
 
Paul Sykopetritis is of greek origin, talking in a flute accent and claim to be an architect. He rent property in north london and deal though and agency called hanleys.
 
I justed want to warn people before they think they have meet a good man and found a good deal. As they say, its to good to be true!
