THE REVIEWS

All the reviews on Love Your Landlord are posted by tenants who have lived in the properties and want to share their experiences. You can search for a property by either address or landlord name. To ensure you locate the correct property the search must include the post code. Alternatively you can search by area using the map on the home page.

If you are unable to find a property in the search it means it has not been reviewed yet.

To ensure your reviews have maximum impact and are as helpful to others as possible please consider the following points before you start your review.

• It is advisable to have left the property before you post a review. We would not like users to create problems for themselves with their current landlord.

• To ensure the information is as up to date as possible we ask that you only review a property in which you have lived within the last two years.

• The 'star' rating is a quick and effective way for people to get a general idea about a review. Please take the time to fill this in.

• You may upload photos to include with your review. The main image will be shown when a search is first completed, the additional images will be shown as thumbnails and can be seen bigger once looking at the full review.

• Abusive language will NOT be tolerated. Any reviews or forum posts containing inappropriate language will be removed.

• We want honest reviews - good and bad - however please keep to the facts.

• If your review includes a dispute of any kind please include the outcome. How did you get the matter resolved?

FORUMS

Our forums are available for you to share your experiences and ask others for advice. If you have a particular issue then other users may be able to offer guidance if they have experienced the same problem. You may also use the Private Messenger facility to contact other users.

To use the forum and Private Messenger facilities or to post a review you must be a registered user. The registration page can be found through the 'My Account' link at the top of the page.
